These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vandamay Collective’s workshops, website, booking tools, and payment services. By registering for a workshop or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Workshop Registration

To reserve a spot in any workshop:

• Payment must be completed at the time of booking

• You must provide accurate contact information

• You must agree to any workshop‑specific guidelines listed on the booking page

Your spot is not guaranteed until payment is received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

If you’re unable to attend after reserving your spot, just let us know. We’ll gladly package up your workshop materials so you can take them home and create your project on your own time.

Because each workshop requires preparation and limited seating, payments are non‑refundable once your reservation is made.

If Vandamay Collective must cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date.

3. Workshop Conduct

To ensure a positive experience for all participants:

• Please arrive on time

• Respect the instructor, other participants, and the studio space

• Follow safety instructions for tools and materials

• Children must be supervised unless the workshop is specifically designed for independent participation

We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the workshop or violates safety guidelines.

4. Liability

By participating in a workshop, you acknowledge:

• You are responsible for your own safety

• You will follow all instructions provided

• Vandamay Collective is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of tools or materials

If you have allergies or sensitivities, please notify us before attending.

5. Intellectual Property

All workshop content, designs, instructions, and materials are the property of Vandamay Collective. You may create and take home your project, but you may not reproduce or sell workshop content without permission.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Square or other approved processors. By completing a purchase, you agree to their terms and policies as well.

7. Changes to Workshops

We may update workshop details (time, materials, instructor, etc.) if necessary. You will be notified of any significant changes.
